The NAMI NC Helpline is a compassionate “warmline” dedicated to providing a single source for mental health information, support, and helpful referrals to local resources. Their helpline is open for families and individuals affected by mental illness and is free and confidential. They have a dedicated team of trained staff and volunteers who listen to callers, provide support and resources, and continually vet and update resources to reflect the best option for callers.
