Refill Request Procedure
For your convenience, we kindly request that patients contact our office directly for medication refills rather than their pharmacy. To expedite the process, please provide your name, the specific medication needed, the pharmacy’s name, and indicate whether you prefer a 30-day or 90-day prescription (if allowed by your insurance).
Special considerations apply to stimulant medications due to a national shortage. Before contacting us for a refill, please ensure your chosen pharmacy has your required stimulant medication IN STOCK. Unfortunately, we do not offer early fills on controlled substances or replace lost/stolen prescriptions for controlled substances. Additionally, we do not call controlled substances into multiple pharmacies; it’s essential to verify medication availability before requesting a refill or changing the designated pharmacy.
